In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week, join us for a restorative evening designed to calm the mind and renew the spirit. Guided by Peter of Saints & Angels Sound Healing, this 70-minute session weaves the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls with the grounding resonance of shamanic instruments—drums, rattles, and Zen bowls. The immersive soundscape quiets mental chatter, releases stress, and creates space for clarity and balance. Members are invited to settle into this healing sanctuary and emerge lighter, centered, and re-aligned in both body and mind. ✨ An intentional pause for those seeking renewal, grounding, and emotional support during Mental Health Awareness Week.
